プライバシーポリシー
ミミヤク（以下「本アプリ」）は、話した言葉や入力した文章を翻訳して表示する iPhone 向けアプリです。音声認識と翻訳は iPhone の中で行い、会話の内容（音声・文字・訳文）を開発者や外部に送ることはありません。アプリの改善のため、会話の内容を含まず、個人を直接特定しない利用統計とクラッシュ情報だけを送ります（初期状態ではオンで、設定でオフにできます）。
1. 収集しない情報
- アカウント登録はありません。氏名・メールアドレスなどを求めることはありません。
- 開発者が運営するサーバーはありません。音声、認識した文字、翻訳結果、入力した文章、履歴を開発者や外部に送信することはありません。
- 広告はなく、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだ行動追跡（トラッキング）は行いません。広告識別子（IDFA）は使いません。
2. 端末内で扱う情報
- マイク・音声認識：聞き取り中の音声は、文字にするためだけに iPhone の中で処理します（iOS の音声認識機能を端末内で使います）。音声は録音・保存しません。
- 翻訳：iOS の翻訳機能を端末内で使います。
- 履歴：翻訳した会話は、テキスト（原文と訳文、日時）だけをこの iPhone に保存します。iCloud には同期しません（端末のバックアップには含まれる場合があります）。設定で保存期間（無期限・30日・7日）を選べ、「履歴をすべて削除」でいつでも消せます。本アプリを削除すると履歴も削除されます。
- 読み上げ：訳文の読み上げは iOS の音声合成機能を端末内で使います。
- 設定と利用量：言語の選択、表示設定、無料プランの1日の利用秒数はこの iPhone の中にだけ保存します。
- 共有・コピー：ご自身が共有先を選んだときだけ、iOS の共有機能で渡します。
- 権限：マイク・音声認識の許可は iPhone の「設定」アプリでいつでも取り消せます。
3. 外部と通信する場合
- 言語パックのダウンロード：初めて使う言語では、iOS が Apple から音声認識・翻訳用のデータをダウンロードします。この通信は iOS が行い、会話の内容は含まれません。
- 購入：有料プランの購入・解約は Apple が処理します。開発者が支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。
- 利用統計とクラッシュ情報（Google Firebase）：アプリの改善のため、Google の Firebase Analytics と Firebase Crashlytics を使います。送るのは、アプリ内の操作の種類（どのモードを使ったか、使った時間の目安、選んだ言語の組み合わせ、翻訳にかかった時間、エラーの種類、購入した商品・金額・取引番号など）、アプリが発行するランダムな識別子、OS・端末の種類と状態（メモリ・空き容量など）、IP アドレスから推定されるおおよその国・地域、クラッシュ時の動作記録です。音声、認識した文字、訳文、入力した文章、履歴の内容は送りません。氏名やメールアドレスとは結び付けず、広告には使いません。データは Google LLC（米国ほか）のサーバーに移転・処理され、個々の利用統計データは最長14か月、クラッシュ情報は最長90日保存されます（集計済みの統計は期間の制限なく残ります）。送信は初期状態でオンです。「設定」→「利用統計を送信」をオフにすると、以後は送信しません。Google によるデータの扱いは Google プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
- 診断情報：iPhone の設定で「App デベロッパと共有」をオンにしている場合、Apple を通じてクラッシュ情報など個人を特定しない診断データが届くことがあります。
4. 会話相手への配慮
会話を記録するときは、相手の同意を得てご利用ください。翻訳結果は参考です。医療・法律など重要な場面では専門の通訳をご利用ください。
5. 削除の請求について
開発者は氏名や連絡先を保有していません。利用統計はアプリが発行するランダムな識別子の単位でのみ扱い、個人を直接特定しないため個別の削除には対応できませんが、上記の保存期間が過ぎると自動で削除され、設定でいつでも送信を止められます。端末内のデータは上記の方法で削除できます。お問い合わせメールのアドレスと内容は返信のためだけに使い、ご希望があれば削除します。
6. お子さまの利用
本アプリは、お子さまを含め、どなたの個人情報も意図して収集しません。

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで内容と日付を更新します。

Privacy Policy
Mimiyaku (“the app”) translates what you say or type and shows it on your iPhone. Speech recognition and translation run on the device, and your conversations (audio, recognized text and translations) are never sent to the developer or anyone else. To improve the app, it sends only usage statistics and crash reports that contain none of your conversations and do not directly identify you (on by default; you can turn this off in Settings).
1. What we do not collect
- There is no account. We never ask for your name, email address or other contact details.
- The developer runs no server. Audio, recognized text, translations, typed text and history are never sent to the developer or anyone else.
- The app has no ads and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. It does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
2. Data handled on your device
- Microphone and speech recognition: while listening, audio is processed on your iPhone only to turn it into text (using the on-device speech recognition in iOS). Audio is never recorded or saved.
- Translation: uses the on-device translation in iOS.
- History: translated conversations are stored on this iPhone as text only (original, translation and time). They are not synced to iCloud (they may be included in your device backups). You can choose how long history is kept (forever, 30 days or 7 days) and remove it at any time with “Delete all history” in Settings. Deleting the app deletes the history.
- Read aloud: reading a translation aloud uses the on-device speech synthesis in iOS.
- Settings and usage: your language choices, display settings and the free plan’s daily seconds used are stored only on this iPhone.
- Share and copy: handed over through the iOS share sheet only to the destination you choose.
- Permissions: you can withdraw microphone and speech recognition access at any time in the iOS Settings app.
3. When the app connects to the internet
- Language packs: the first time you use a language, iOS downloads speech and translation data from Apple. iOS makes this download; it contains none of your conversations.
- Purchases: subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Apple. The developer never receives your payment details.
- Usage statistics and crash reports (Google Firebase): to improve the app, we use Google’s Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. They receive the kinds of actions you take in the app (which mode you used, roughly how long, the language pair, how long translation took, error types, the product, price and transaction number of a purchase), a random identifier created by the app, your OS, device model and device state (such as memory and free storage), the approximate country or region inferred from your IP address, and what the app was doing when it crashed. Audio, recognized text, translations, typed text and the contents of your history are never sent. This data is not linked to your name or email and is not used for advertising. It is transferred to and processed on the servers of Google LLC (United States and other countries); event-level usage data is kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days (aggregated statistics may be kept without a time limit). Sending is on by default. Turn off Settings → “Send usage statistics” to stop sending from then on. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles data.
- Diagnostics: if you turned on “Share with App Developers” in iOS Settings, Apple may pass along crash reports and other non-identifying diagnostic data.
4. Respect for the other person
Ask for consent before keeping a record of a conversation. Translations are for reference; for medical or legal matters, use a professional interpreter.
5. Deletion requests
The developer holds no name or contact details. Usage statistics are handled only per random identifier created by the app and do not directly identify you, so they cannot be deleted individually, but they are deleted automatically after the periods above and you can stop sending them at any time in Settings. Data on your device can be deleted as described above. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and delete them on request.
6. Children
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.

개인정보 처리방침
미미야쿠(이하 “앱”)는 말하거나 입력한 내용을 번역해 보여 주는 iPhone 앱입니다. 음성 인식과 번역은 iPhone 안에서 처리하며, 대화 내용(음성·글자·번역문)을 개발자나 외부에 보내지 않습니다. 앱 개선을 위해 대화 내용이 없고 개인을 직접 식별하지 않는 사용 통계와 충돌 정보만 보냅니다(처음에는 켜져 있으며 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다).
1. 수집하지 않는 정보
- 계정 가입이 없습니다. 이름·이메일 주소 등을 묻지 않습니다.
- 개발자가 운영하는 서버가 없습니다. 음성, 인식된 글자, 번역 결과, 입력한 문장, 기록을 개발자나 외부에 보내지 않습니다.
- 광고가 없고, 다른 회사의 앱·웹사이트를 넘나드는 추적(트래킹)을 하지 않습니다. 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 쓰지 않습니다.
2. 기기 안에서 다루는 정보
- 마이크·음성 인식: 듣는 동안의 음성은 글자로 바꾸는 데만 iPhone 안에서 처리합니다(iOS의 기기 내 음성 인식 기능 사용). 음성은 녹음하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
- 번역: iOS의 기기 내 번역 기능을 씁니다.
- 기록: 번역한 대화는 텍스트(원문·번역문·시각)만 이 iPhone에 저장하며 iCloud와 동기화하지 않습니다(기기 백업에는 포함될 수 있습니다). 설정에서 보관 기간(무기한·30일·7일)을 고를 수 있고, ‘기록 모두 삭제’로 언제든 지울 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기록도 삭제됩니다.
- 읽어 주기: 번역문 읽어 주기는 iOS의 기기 내 음성 합성 기능을 씁니다.
- 설정과 사용량: 언어 선택, 화면 설정, 무료 플랜의 하루 사용 초는 이 iPhone 안에만 저장합니다.
- 공유·복사: 직접 고른 곳에만 iOS 공유 기능으로 전달합니다.
- 권한: 마이크·음성 인식 허용은 iPhone ‘설정’ 앱에서 언제든 거둘 수 있습니다.
3. 외부와 통신하는 경우
- 언어 팩 다운로드: 처음 쓰는 언어는 iOS가 Apple에서 음성 인식·번역용 데이터를 받습니다. 이 통신은 iOS가 하며 대화 내용은 포함되지 않습니다.
- 구매: 유료 플랜의 구매·해지는 Apple이 처리합니다. 개발자는 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.
- 사용 통계와 충돌 정보(Google Firebase): 앱 개선을 위해 Google의 Firebase Analytics와 Firebase Crashlytics를 씁니다. 보내는 것은 앱 안에서 한 동작의 종류(어떤 모드를 썼는지, 대략 얼마나 썼는지, 고른 언어 조합, 번역에 걸린 시간, 오류 종류, 구매한 상품·금액·거래 번호 등), 앱이 만든 무작위 식별자, OS·기기 종류와 상태(메모리·여유 공간 등), IP 주소로 추정한 대략적인 국가·지역, 충돌 당시의 동작 기록입니다. 음성, 인식된 글자, 번역문, 입력한 문장, 기록 내용은 보내지 않습니다. 이름·이메일과 연결하지 않으며 광고에 쓰지 않습니다. 데이터는 Google LLC(미국 등)의 서버로 이전되어 처리되며(이전 방법: 앱 사용 중 인터넷 전송), 개별 사용 통계 데이터는 최대 14개월, 충돌 정보는 최대 90일 보관됩니다(집계된 통계는 기간 제한 없이 남을 수 있습니다). 전송은 처음에 켜져 있으며, ‘설정’ → ‘사용 통계 보내기’를 끄면 그때부터 보내지 않습니다. - 진단 정보: iPhone 설정에서 ‘앱 개발자와 공유’를 켠 경우, Apple을 통해 개인을 식별하지 않는 충돌 보고서 등 진단 데이터가 전달될 수 있습니다.
4. 대화 상대에 대한 배려
대화를 기록할 때는 상대방의 동의를 받아 주세요. 번역 결과는 참고용입니다. 의료·법률 같은 중요한 상황에서는 전문 통역을 이용하세요.
5. 삭제 요청
개발자는 이름·연락처를 보유하지 않습니다. 사용 통계는 앱이 만든 무작위 식별자 단위로만 처리되어 개인을 직접 식별하지 않으므로 개별 삭제는 어렵지만 위 보관 기간이 지나면 자동으로 삭제되고, 설정에서 언제든 전송을 멈출 수 있습니다. 기기 안의 데이터는 위 방법으로 지울 수 있습니다. 문의 메일의 주소와 내용은 답장에만 쓰고, 요청하시면 삭제합니다.
6. 아동의 이용
앱은 아동을 포함해 누구의 개인정보도 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 변경
이 방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지의 내용과 날짜를 갱신합니다.
